Life before SAP (2016-2017)
My journey began in 2016 when I got the opportunity to work for a renowned multinational corporation.
I started with Oracle’s CRM viz. Siebel, but fate had other plans.
Though my time with Siebel was short, it paved the way for my transition into the world of SAP, a path I was destined to follow! #maktub
Professional Journey So Far!
SAP Labs (2017-2024)
After a challenging aptitude test and several rigorous interview rounds, I was finally shortlisted among the final candidates to join SAP Labs in early 2017, a dream come true!
I spent nearly eight years as part of SAP India, specializing in SAP Convergent Charging.
During this time, I worked with a dynamic team of highly skilled professionals, all experts in performance tuning and business process optimization of BRIM. Together, we played a key role in supporting one of the largest telecom operators - Reliance Jio.
As my journey progressed, I gained valuable exposure to SAP CC implementations across diverse industries, including Banking, Travel, and Healthcare.
Beyond my core responsibilities, I took the initiative to develop a suite of automation bash scripts, specifically designed to streamline day-to-day operations in Convergent Charging.
Working at SAP Labs was an incredibly rewarding experience, I learned a great deal, built strong professional relationships, and had the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects.
However, by mid-2024, I felt it was time for a new challenge. Seeking fresh opportunities, different industry exposure, and a chance to expand my skill set, I decided to embark on the next chapter of my career.
Nielsen (2024 - Present Day)
I then joined Nielsen Media team in 2024, where my role as the Convergent Charging (CC) application owner requires me to utilize both my technical expertise and functional knowledge to manage system rollouts, perform technical optimizations, and drive functional developments.
